1.  One of our trained design consultants will me with you either at your home or in our showroom to go over your project needs and prepare a detailed estimate.

2.  Your design consultant will work with you one on one to select the right materials for the job.  This would include slab selection at either our wholesaler warehouse or our yard

3.  A project manager will schedule a time to template your job for final measurements.  At thie time it is VERY IMPORTANT that all details and measurements are address.  Any customer supplied sinks should be ready for pickup if using an under mounting sink.

4.  Slabs will be delivered to our yard if they are coming from a different supplier.  They will be inspected and review for layout based on final mesurements.  If any layout design or concerns need to be address with the customer the project manager with coordinate.  (Please let your templator know if this is the case even if you have mentioned it to your design consultant.)

5.  After everything is reviewed your project will be put in the production schedule to be fabricated at our shop. 

6. Your project manager will schedule a time for installation of your counters.  At installation the crew will remove any old counters and dispose of them according to your contract.  If an underlayment needed to be applied, them will do so.  

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:  To ensure the safety of both our installers and our customers we ask that customers treat the work area as a constraction zone and to keep any pets, children, visitors and non construction workers at a safe distance while they are working.  We know that this is an exciting time, but we want to make sure that SAFTY comes first and all will have enough time to admire the completed work once we are completely finished.

7.  Final touches:  Our crew will clean and seal your stone as needed when they are done.  They will also attach all under mounting sinks, HOWEVER it will be the homeowners responsibility to have a liecensed plumber to reconnect all plumbing.  And if there are any cooktops, licensed contractor or homeowner to reconnect all gas and electrical units.

8.  Before completion we ask that all customers finalize their paymnents and our crew will strat them off with a natural stane cleaner kit for all natural stone applications.   Feel free to call us if you need further assistance with care and maintenance.  If you do need additional cleaners, polishers, or sealers we do have them available at our store.
